Picture this: You have a new project assignment. Part of this project asks for additional expertise that you don’t possess, so you need to find solutions for filling up that knowledge gap. In the common practice, that would imply reading bulky documentation, countless meetings and many hours spent off-track.  Until acquiring the necessary information, you’re halfway the deadline. Not to mention that new information is not assimilated that easy with no practice. And all this trouble just for a few actions that are only part of the bigger picture.

But what if you had something like a gadget, that could ease out the process earlier described? You could just type in your questions and the machine would answer back with the exact information you’re looking for. And you could apply it right there and then, saving a lot of time and energy for the real work part.

But machines don’t generate knowledge. Not both explicit and implicit knowledge, that is. People do! Still, how to spot them in your organization? You can’t just go to each in person or send a “to all” e-mail, as it is unreliable and it would surely take as much time as the previous solution.

So what if that know-it-all gadget could actually be a platform where everybody could interact and gather professional knowledge? A platform with dedicated spaces for each interest (like tech, sales, HR, etc). You could just access it, place your question and all of your colleagues would be notified at once about your query – this will make it much easier for them to intervene and give you a hand with the right answer. And coming to think of it, the information should be saved and searchable for all your other colleagues that will one day confront themselves with the same situation. And they would get badges for their activity and the company would have its own, practical, custom made knowledge generator!

How great would that be? Well, our 30 days free trial could give you an idea (HINT! :-))
