  • I’m not sure which pricing plan is right for me. Do I need to decide now or I can change later?

    You can decide on which offering is right for you at any time during the free 30-days trial. At the end we’ll ask you which plan have you chosen, if any.

  • What if I’m still not decided after the trial period is over?

    Email us at contact@quandora.com. In most cases, we are happy to extend your trial to give you more time to evaluate the product.

  • What does a user mean?

    A user corresponds to an user account, or “profile”, in Quandora: any entity that can log in to Quandora via a username/email address and a password is an user. This includes the third party user accounts (Google, Yammer…).

  • Can I change the number of users during the subscription period?

    Yes. If you purchased a monthly subscription, you will be billed every month based on the actual number of users from the system at that time. For yearly subscriptions, unless explicitely agreed upon differently, additional users are counted quarterly and billed in a prorated manner. We do not issue refunds if users are removed from the system.

  • What is the custom domain option?

    By default, your Quandora based Q&A base is available at a Web address within Quandora’s domain name, i. e.: yourcompany.quandora.com. However, you may want the Q&A base inside your own domain, i.e.: answers.yourcompany.com. The custom domain option allows using Quandora within such a domain.

  • If a user leaves my organization, can I remove his account? Can I add another one instead?

    Yes. When somebody is no longer a member of your organization, you can either delete, or disable (recommended, if you want to save the history) his account. The account will no longer be counted in your users base.

  • What are the payment options?

    You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly. For monthly subscriptions, you can pay by credit card using our online payment system. For yearly subscriptions, you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. We may accept checks on a case per case basis.

  • What if I want to stop the subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time before your billing date for the monthly subscriptions. We require 15 days notice for canceling yearly subscriptions. By default, the subscription is automatically renewed for another term.

  • Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

    We do not do refunds for ongoing subscriptions. Cancelling the service means you don’t renew it for another term. You still benefit of the service until the ongoing term reach to an end.

  • Can I get my data back if I cancel the subscription?

    Yes you can. We are happy to provide your content in full (questions, answers, comments, votes, users) as a JSON structure, upon your request.
