A few years back, there were still many companies that believed they don’t necessarily need an online presence if they’re not into e-commerce or that building mobile compatible website interfaces was not essential. Today we got to a point where if a company doesn’t have any social media presence, their business reliability is overshadowed. Likewise, if someone can’t browse your info from their mobile device, they will be more likely to go for another provider that offers better accessibility.

Maybe today there are still some organizations that strive to implement knowledge sharing activities, but in some years from now, this will become the norm. This will give them a fresh batch of energy that can be redirected to an enterprise level. They will start feeling concerned about any company issue. An intrapreneur will get the drive to help or to redirect to the right person, even if it’s not in his/her area.
  3. Self-empowered stamina. In a collaborative climate, innovation has the potential to arise from the most unusual places. Since the conventional hierarchical management model will no longer inhibit the resourcefulness of employees, people will achieve self-coordination skills, triggering a higher level of responsibility and success commitment.
